The farmhouse style kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher and dining table seating 6 in comfort. From the kitchen there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer – this is also the perfect place to store or dry beach and sailing gear.
French doors lead from the kitchen into the enclosed courtyard garden which has recently been repaved. This is the perfect extension from the kitchen for breakfast al-fresco or simply unwinding with a book and a quiet glass of wine.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage space. It is furnished with complimentary fabrics and cushions and overlooks the garden, whilst the large twin bedroom at the front of the property watches over the street. Both are decorated in a nautical theme and include luxury towels and bedding.
The modern, fully tiled bathroom is newly fitted and has a large bath with power-shower, and provides a contemporary twist to this charming period house.
Located centrally in the heart of the village, Delapre Cottage is within easy walking distance of 2 charming pubs, a waterside restaurant and the added benefit of a well-stocked village shop.
